I launched Hybrid AI Solutions Pty Ltd in February this year as a solo founder with a simple but powerful vision: to explore how humans and AI can collaborate and not compete. I expected curiosity, maybe even celebration. Instead, I ran straight into fear, doubt, and a narrative dominated by job losses, sci-fi doom, and public mistrust.

That wasn’t what I signed up for.

But instead of turning away, I doubled down. I realized that building great tech wasn’t enough , I had to become a voice of clarity in the noise. My mission became not just development, but education. To help people see that AI, when designed right, isn’t here to replace us , it’s here to amplify what we do best.

Since launching, I’ve been all in , building, sharing, testing, refining. I’ve put out content around how we should work with AI, not fear it. I’ve had some incredible moments , brief but meaningful conversations with people like Matt Leitz from Boatbuilders and Grant Cardone, whose unapologetic grit reminded me I’m on the right path. I’ve brought in some absolute weapons to the team:

Buana Jaya, a cybersecurity expert who knows how to get done and lock things down.

I’ve had two articles published in Brainz Magazine, started building out our own AI-powered tools and apps (Kusal’s obsessed he just doesn’t tell me lol), and kept the wheels turning ,all while still grinding on marketing, funnels, and figuring out how to bring in a single client and revenue.

People around me have asked:

“Aren’t you worried? You’ve got no clients, no steady revenue yet.”

And my answer? No, I’m not.

Yes, I’m in debt.

Yes, I’ve got rent and bills like everyone else.

And yeah, I’ve had to return to work just to keep things afloat.

But I refuse to give in to fear.

I won’t let doubt dictate my direction.

I won’t bow to the pressure of society’s so-called “norms.”

Because this isn’t just a hustle. This is a mission.

I show up every single day , for the vision I believe in, for the team standing with me, and for the family that fuels my purpose.

I didn’t start this to play it safe.

I started this to change the game.

And I’ll keep going ,not because it’s easy, but because it’s mine.

And that’s enough to keep moving forward , no matter what’s in the bank.
